For 18 years Alex wrote the weekly Real Estate Feature of the Week for the Hickory Daily Record. The feature included reviews of residential and commercial properties as well as interviews with area businesses connected to purchase / sale transactions.
During those years he never missed a deadline- a real “bragging right”.

There’s so much to this week’s featured office property that I had to spend extra time to get a grasp of all that’s there.
A front entry covered drive through is very beneficial to serve those for whom running in the rain is not practical. Uncovered parking is in front of the facility.
Step through the double glass doors to a vestibule, having restrooms, and turn left to enter the lobby. Once there you see that the receptionist space is sized to serve a steady flow of patients.

Not obvious, are the rooms on the second floor. There’s a meeting area with full bath and kitchen. The location, of those rooms, provides privacy even in normal business hours.
Though built for a medical office, the facility could serve a telemarketing company with a need for closed door calls. Another modification of use could incorporate merger of rooms to enlarge individual areas.
Located off Tate Boulevard, the building is central to both Frye Hospital and Catawba Memorial.
